FEE STRUCTURE

Fees cover hall hire, costumes, tuition, team competition entries and administration.

There is a yearly hire fee for Rods and clubs which in 2008 is $20:00, $10:00 of which is returned at the end of the year provided the items are returned to the Team Manager.

CACTI have a family registration fee that all members must pay before starting a class. This fee insures members against injury, contributes towards CACTI administration costs and enables entry to compete at CACTI competitions.

Additional costs that will be encountered throughout the Calisthenics season are:

  • leotards

  • aesthetic skirt

  • flesh coloured body suit (for under costumes at  competitions)

  • Club Clothing

  • Club Bag

    Additional costs that may be encountered are:

  • Camp

  • Ballarat / interstate comps

  • Hall hire for Solos and Duo's

  • Coaching fees for Solos and Duo's

    Fees not paid by the third week of each Term will incur a late fee.

 Fees are payable at the beginning of each instalment period which is at the beginning of each school term.  If the full year is paid at the time of registration (February) a one off discount of 10 % is applicable.

 

Discounts are given for each sibling after the full rate is paid for the first child.  The discounts are given to siblings at the rate of 20% for the second child and 50% for each subsequent child (The oldest child is considered to be child number one ).

 

Discounts are also applied to office bearers on the committee.  The general discount is 20% for office holders and team mangers etc and 10% where duties are shared or as agreed by the committee.

 

Fees are inclusive of all competition fees, hall hire, coaching costs and costumes. Each participant is responsible for all training leotards, skirts and club equipment.  There is also an additional cost for club uniform.  Please see  our club products page for more details.


As per the registration agreement you must pay for negligent loss or damage to club equipment.  There is a yearly hire fee for all rods and clubs with a deposit that will be returned once the items are returned.

ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE EXPECTED TO ASSIST THE CLUB WITH FUNDRAISERS FOR 2008. 

This helps us to keep your fees as low as possible.
