Inters cover girls aged from 13 to 16 years of age.  At this level the routines are  more complex and longer in duration than those in the younger aged teams. They often combine many difficult and complex movements which require a high level of both flexibility and strength.  Our Inters are often starting to think about cadet work at this stage with a view to eventually becoming coaches themselves.  In past years our Inters have competed in Sydney and  Ballarat achieving excellent results.
