Brindabella Calisthenics College provides opportunities for girls of all ages from Subbies onwards to enhance their skills by performing solo (or duo) routines at local competitions. These girls receive one on one training with their coaches with the aim of competing in the three local solo competitions held in Canberra. These are held in April and May each year. Solo training develops each girl's individual talents and builds confidence. These do incur coaching fees and hall hire which is in addition to the normal Club fees.

2009 proved to be another outstanding year for BCC with 5 girls making it to nationals in the solo and duo competitions. We congratulate Laura Rose (Juniors), Ashleigh Costello (Inters), and Alexandra Muir, Cassandra Muir and Jenna Kratzel (Seniors). A special congratulations goes to Jenna and her partner in the duo who were placed 3^rd.
