Competitions |
| Bundoora Calisthenics Club is a competitive club
and each section competes in approximately 4-5 competitions each year.
Attendance and participation in competitions is a compulsory
requirement of your membership to our club.

Victorian clubs are divided into 10 districts based on the locality of
the club. Bundoora Calisthenics Club is located in District 4-North
Eastern Suburbs.
Competitions are usually held on Saturdays and Sundays. Sometimes they
are held on a week night. Competitions may also be scheduled during
Victorian School Holiday periods. Bundoora
Callisthenic Pupils are expected to:
- arrive at the competition venue one full hour
before the start time.
- arrive and depart from competitions in full
club uniform.
- leg tan must be applied at home prior to
arrival at competition venues.
- base make-up must be applied at home prior to
arrival at competition venues.
- specified hair grooming must be attended to
at home prior to arrival at competition venues.
- between items at competitions , pupils are
expected to wear club jacket, ensuring legs and feet are covered.

Bundoora Calisthenics Club competes at this
competition in October each year.
- competitions are held during week days,
evenings and weekends.
- pupils will need to be absent from school
and/or employment for one to two days.
- all team members are required to be in
Ballarat the night prior to the commencement of the competition.
- dates will be publicized as soon as they are
available to allow appropriate notice.

Competition
etiquette |
- entry fees are charged at all competitions
and must be paid by everyone except the competing pupil.
- admission tickets/wrist bands must be
presented/shown if requested.
- refrain from sitting in front four (4) rows
of auditoriums to eliminate unnecessary distraction of pupils whilst
they are on stage performing.
- where possible, aim to sit together with
other team members as representatives of our club.
- adjudicators decisions are final and not for
parent comment
- your conduct and comments at competitions
reflect on the public perception of our club
- don not engage in critical/negative talk
about individual team members,coaches,parents, our teams or other
competing clubs
- celebrate all wins and mentions with
appropriate applause
- be gracious in defeat
