Calisthenics is a uniquely
Australian Sport for all ages. It is a combination of singing,
dancing, dressing up, exercise, club swinging, rod twisting,
simplified ballet, gymnastics, marching, folk and modern dance, set to
music and artistically choreographed.
Donvale Calisthenics
Club is a non-profit organization run by a committee of volunteer
parents.

The main aim of our Club
is to develop self-confidence, teamwork, friendships, flexibility,
grace and poise during weekly classes full of fun activities.
The theme, music and choreograph are carefully chosen to individually
suit each age group.
Donvale is a warm and
friendly Club with a family atmosphere particular emphasis on working
together.
