CLASS:
At 4–6 years of age our
Tinies have a lot of fun warming up with games which also include
exercises that help develop strength and flexibility. Our Tinies learn
routines set to suitable music which includes singing, dancing,
freearm and rods.

WHAT TO WEAR TO CLASS: Leotard or bathers and
leggings (any color) skivvy or wrap around for cold weather. Hair to
be tied back from face.
WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS: Practice skirt, rod,
drink, sticker book.
