Bronze Medal       Silver Medal      Gold Medal

The 'Gold Medal' exam is the highest attainable award.
It is truly an honour to achieve such a high award.

The Gold Medal is a 3-part exam:
Part A : Technical Skills
Part B: 3 Pre-choreographed routine performances
Part C: Gold medal Honours – Stage Performance

The Gold Medal Exam is considered by the Calisthenic world of high importance. Girls must obtain a 60% pass or higher of each individual movement. If one movement is failed then the whole exam is failed.

Candidates who attain a total of 85% for the technical and pre-choreographed sections will be eligible to complete the stage presentation segment in front of a competition audience.
Provided candidates achieve an aggregate percentage of 90% for the technical & Pre-choreographed segment and the stage presentation, they will be awarded 'Gold Medal Honours', truly the highest of awards in calisthenics.
