Welcome

Welcome to Suncoast Calisthenics.  It is our aim to provide a safe, fun & productive environment in which children and adults of all ages can feel secure and happy whilst learning, practising and refining their routines and skills of calisthenics.
We cater for both competitive and recreational participants and all coaches are accredited Level One coaches, with first aid certificates.
